Policies

SHIPPING
Our processing times before shipping can take from 3-5 business days. All orders ship the United States Postal Service.

You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped.

Domestic orders 15 oz and over will ship USPS Priority Mail. Orders under 15 oz ship First Class Mail and will take slightly longer.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept PayPal payments. Paypal is integrated with our store and able to accept all major credit cards. Your item will not ship until your payment has cleared.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, used candles, melts or apothecary hygiene products cannot be returned or refunded.

The following items can not be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Items on sale
Custom or personalized orders

Personal use or intimate items (E.G. - Opened or used, Lip Balm, Bar soap,etc.) for health and hygiene reasons) 

To be eligible for a return, the customer must make arrangements with us before sending any items back.
An item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
All shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable, refunds will be given for the item cost only.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

DAMAGED ITEMS
If items in your order have been damaged during shipping please email us at: [email protected]

Be sure to send us multiple photos or a clear video of the damaged item(s) so that we can file and insurance claim. We will either replace the damaged item(s) or refund the cost of the item(s).

LOST, STOLEN or DELAYED ORDERS
Once an item is shipped you should receive an email with your shipping information. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.

Frostfire Candles is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. We are also not responsible for errors made by USPS.

If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS.

A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before we can file an insurance claim and resend the order.
